Congratulations to Matthew Downing - 2010 Taste of the West ‘South West Chef of the Year’
On December 3rd it was Scott's turn to help teach the eager young cooks at West Hill. To tie in with the festive theme Scott chose to demonstrate one of his delicious Christmas Puddings to the 30 children of Class 2.
After explaining the different ingredients, everyone helped to stir the mix together and as they made their own miniature versions heard from Scott why they might find a penny on Christmas Day.
To complete the experience Scott gave everyone a cooked Christmas Pudding and mince pies to take home and share.
